All information related to ArmSoM products is confidential proprietary information, constituting valuable trade secrets developed through expertise and substantial investment.

Customer acknowledges that any misuse of ArmSoM's products will cause immediate irreparable harm, allowing ArmSoM to seek prompt injunctive relief for breaches.

These obligations don't limit ArmSoM's legal remedies and don't apply if the information becomes public or is independently acquired by the Customer.

Reverse Engineering and Decompilation are strictly prohibited.

Non-ArmSoM products may have various intellectual property rights. ArmSoM makes no affirmative representations or warranties regarding the intellectual property status of supplied non-ArmSoM products. Customers have the right to use or resell these products under the Terms of Services and assume liabilities resulting from any intellectual property disputes over these non-ArmSoM products that are beyond ArmSoM’s reasonable control. Additional licenses may be required if customers intend to use the non-ArmSoM products outside the context agreed in the Terms of Services.
